Thriving Begins Here With Connection and Compassion

YOUR COACH
Hey there, I'm TJ
I’m a yoga and meditation teacher, nutrition coach, and trauma-informed educator with a big heart for helping people feel more at home in their bodies. With over two decades of experience and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful nervous system education and somatic tools can be for healing stress, building resilience, and making real, lasting change.
Whether you’re here for support, inspiration, or just some breathing room - I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. This work is my love letter to those of us learning to slow down, soften, and strengthen from the inside out. Let’s find what works for you, together.
