About
Our Mission
We believe resilience is like a muscle: it can be strengthened, nurtured, and grown. Through science-backed self-care strategies, clear action plans and a caring community, we help you shape healthier habits, recover from stress, and embrace a life where you feel calmer and truly in control of your well-being.
Our Approach
We are committed to creating inclusive spaces that empower you to meet life’s challenges with confidence, calm, and authentic connection. To achieve this, we rely on a trauma-informed framework—one that acknowledges trauma’s prevalence and its profound influence on your sense of self, your relationships, and your worldview. In all our work and services, we uphold safety, collaboration, choice, and transparency as guiding principles.
We also rely on the latest resilience research and mind-body sciences to inform the work we do, so you can feel confident that every strategy we offer is grounded in evidence. By weaving these findings into our approach, we ensure that the skills you develop are practical, effective, and capable of fostering real, sustainable improvements in how you feel and function day-to-day.

About TJ Halliday
TJ Halliday is a yoga and meditation teacher with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. Her passion is helping people understand the deep connection between their mind, body, and emotions, especially when it comes to navigating stress, loss, and trauma. She uses mindfulness, neuroscience, and movement to create practical, science-backed courses that can make a real difference in daily life.
Over the years, TJ has had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and groups—from corporate teams at Time Warner and HBO to employees at NYC’s MTA. She has also spent the past eight years collaborating on suicide prevention research and resilience initiatives for veterans at Teachers College and the Department of Veterans Affairs. No matter the setting, her goal is always the same: to create safe, supportive spaces where healing and growth feel possible.
When TJ is not teaching or coaching, you can find her exploring new ways to bring more calm, connection, and curiosity into her own life—because she truly believes in practicing what she teaches.
