Refund Policy

At Embodied Resilience Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the personalized nature of coaching, consulting, and workshop experiences, we have the following refund policy in place:
 

1:1 Coaching and Consulting Services

  • Payment for individual sessions or packages must be made in advance.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule once, subject to availability.

  • Refunds for unused sessions within a package will be provided, minus the full price of any sessions already completed, and a 10% administrative fee.
     

Group Workshops and Retreats

  • For workshops, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • For cancellations within 7 days of the event, a 50% refund will be issued.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows.
     

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
