About TJ Halliday
TJ Halliday is the founder and CEO of Embodied Resilience Solutions, where she offers trauma-informed, science-backed tools to help people regulate their nervous systems, manage stress, and build lasting emotional resilience. With over 15 years of experience as a yoga & meditation teacher, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, TJ bridges neuroscience, mindfulness, and movement to create practical, accessible programs that support healing and sustainable well-being.
In addition to leading Embodied Resilience Solutions, TJ serves as the fractional COO of Arabella Wellness Center, a nonprofit dedicated to trauma-informed care and integrative wellness for women. Her work is grounded in compassion, nervous system science, and a deep belief in the power of safe, supportive relationships.
Previously, TJ spent eight years working in veteran-focused suicide prevention research and resilience initiatives at Teachers College, Columbia University and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She has also partnered with organizations like HBO, Time Warner, and NYC’s Transit Authority to support employee wellness.
When she’s not teaching or consulting, you’ll find TJ exploring new ways to bring calm, connection, and curiosity into her own life—because she truly believes in practicing what she teaches.
